Email is the best way to reach the firm.

Write to the office and attach whatever you already have. I would rather read your documents before we talk than ask you to describe them out loud. If you are not sure what to say, "I do not know whether I qualify for anything" is a completely normal way to start, and it is how a lot of good cases begin.

    A short conversation to hear what is going on and get it written down properly. My paralegals ask about your status, your dates, your employer if there is one, and what you have already tried. By the end of it you know what a consultation with me would cover and whether it is worth booking one yet.

    • They take the facts and the dates down while they are still fresh.
    • They explain how the firm works and what things cost.

    This step is intake and scheduling. My paralegals do not give legal advice, do not tell you whether you qualify for anything, and do not recommend a visa category. That part is mine, and it happens in the attorney consultation.

  2. Attorney consultation

    If you go on to retain the firm for the matter the consultation covered, the fee is credited toward your fee for that case. The credit does not expire.
    This one is paid because it is the legal work itself, not a pitch for the legal work. You are buying my read on your record, including the part where I tell you not to file.

    This is where the legal discussion happens. You tell me what you have and what you are trying to do, and I tell you what I think, including when I think the answer is no. Some of these end with me not taking the case. That is a real result of the call, not a failure of it. I read what you send before we sit down, so the whole session goes to your question. The consultation runs as a video call, from wherever you are.

    • What your record shows today, and which categories it could support.
    • What I would do next, in what order, and what it would cost.
    • The honest read, including the case against the path you came in wanting.

Nothing you write goes anywhere until you send it

Writing to the firm is an ordinary email from your own mail program to the office address, and you can change or delete every word of it before it goes. Nothing is submitted to this site and nothing is stored here. Some of the people who come to this site are looking into something their employer does not know about, and that is who this is built for.
